I love living at Overture Barrett, a great location, the price is reasonable for my large apartment and activities give you a chance to meet people and make friends. Meeting in the common living room daily at 4 gives another opportunity. The exterior is well tended with a gardening service, and the interior is all freshly repainted. The pool is a steady 80* and well maintained all year around. A lovely, reasonably priced 55+ community.

Such a beautiful 55+ community. The residents are friendly people that have a sense of belonging and pride in where they live. I had the opportunity to be on @GolferPete’s podcast today in studio. Enjoyed every bit of it. Discussed recovery work in the context of addiction. Such a nice place and I would happily live here if I were in the market. Recommended with full confidence to the person looking for a safe, clean, well staffed active adult community.

How are you gonna charge $2k+ for a 1 bed 1 bath. And $3k+ for a 2 bed 2 bath. It’s cheaper to live in NEW YORK CITY than in Kennesaw Georgia. The price of living here is actually getting ridiculous and it’s all due to these greedy companies who charge astronomical prices for nothing and have the audacity to raise rent each year. It has become cheaper to rent a 5 bedroom house than to rent one of these paper mache apartments. Something needs to be done about this. I will be reporting this place to the state attorney general.

Trecia’s mindfulness classes are a great perk of living here! She sets a calming environment and guides us through an hour of relaxation that has become not only welcome, but a necessary weekly stress-release!
