I totally recommend this place the staff are amazing, kind and supportive. My loved one is a former RN with dementia and they help her “pretend” she is working by giving her a name tag every so often and asking her pretend cases and how to chart things! They help her FaceTime friends and family and even on my loved ones worse of the worse days they know it’s just a phase and will help her out as much as possible! I can call or text the employees at anytime! The director is very responsive and engaging thru Facebook messenger which works on my schedule! I can text her a quick question and she responds asap! I love this place and the help and wouldn’t send her anywhere else!!

My family and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and support provided by Our House. From the moment we first visited, we were welcomed with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. The staff truly go above and beyond—not just meeting needs, but anticipating them. The environment is always clean, safe, and comfortable, with a homelike atmosphere that put my loved one at ease from day one. The activities are thoughtfully planned, the meals are nutritious and delicious, and the medical staff are attentive and communicative. We feel confident knowing our loved one is in a place where they are valued, engaged, and well cared for. What sets Our House apart is the heart behind the care. Everyone from the caregivers to the administrators treats residents like family. It gives us tremendous peace of mind, and we highly recommend this community to anyone looking for high-quality care with a personal touch.
