The staff was incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Orchards of Minnetonka is clean, bright, and beautifully maintained, and it had a warm, inviting feel throughout. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and genuinely took the time to make us feel comfortable.

We had to move my brother from Arizona back “ home” to Minnesota. Having to choose a place without actually seeing it! Chris did a zoom video visit for us. We are so impressed! A one bedroom with a den is very adequate. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. He goes to dining room for lunch and dinner. We’ve joined him a few times for a meal and agree, the food is good and the staff wonderful! Highly recommend Orchards!!

The Orchards is fantastic. The staff is wonderful. They are always asking her how they can help her and make her day better. I totally trust them with my mother. The building is beautiful, very clean and safe. She loves it there!

My dad lived here for a little over three months, until his passing in November. I was very reluctant to write a review, but I cannot, in any good conscience, recommend Orchards to anyone. And their Executive Director knows why. Update: 2/4/24. We just received yet another bill from Orchards for $279.70, for painting his apartment (that he lived in for three months.) Yet, at the bottom of the bill it reads $558.70. Update: 3/31/24. We received yet another bill from Orchards for painting his apartment. Wow. Thanks, Orchards.
