Could not have picked a better place for our dear mom who had dementia and was there for 8+ years…. The staff was always caring and knowledgeable and you could tell they really enjoy what they do! Christy, Roxy, Katie, Alison ,and all the rest of the gang…. I am forever grateful, and in your debt for looking after my mother. It was amazing that you all could talk to her, and she would light up with a smile and easily give you hugs and kisses when you asked her for them. And a bunch of you even showed up for her funeral service, that totally blew me away! I knew you all cared but wow ….. I kid you not, if I am ever unfortunate enough to inherit dementia, or Alzheimer’s, I have already told my wife that I want to be at Orchard Pointe if possible !!!!

You can definitely tell in this facility that the company was desperate for an executive director. They didn’t care that she was a bottom candidate. She claims she is going to do something then doesn’t, then you talk to her and acts like she forgot. It would be much better to be direct. Much more professional.

We were very pleased with the care our relative received. Exceptional staff, always very caring. Food was good. Facility bright and clean, a homey feel. Highly recommend.

Have you ever visited a facility and fell in love with every detail of it? . Well, I did when I first walked into Orchard Pointe Memory Care. First of all, the facility is very clean, organized and patients are always tidy and well groomed. The entire staff is very welcoming , professional and respectful. When it comes to medical care it is very impressive how Taylor stays on top of it. She is very knowledgeable of every patient medical needs and takes appropriate action in a timely manner to keep patients medically stable. Taylor creates an atmosphere of love and kindness which is the best environment for our loved ones. It is an honor to work alongside these great team.
