This place is amazing! My in-laws moved in about a month ago, and they are thriving! They went from being very isolated at their house to having a ton of new friends and attending all of the fun events they have every week. The staff really cares and goes above and beyond for their residents. Having them in a safe place where staff is at the ready is so valuable, and then life being made so much easier with meals, cleaning, and laundry being done is a huge weight off all of our shoulders. Highly recommend Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead!

I have been working with the team at the facility for some time. I had to find a safe place for my mom who is 93yo. We are a military family and I knew she needed to have more interaction and care than what my wife and I could do. We didn't realize that she needed more socialization. While doing our search mom's health declined and she went from needing Assisted Living to needing Memory Support. She moved in and is doing amazing. They help her stay busy and she is happy enjoying music and conversations. There are always activities for her to enjoy. She particularly loves the birthday parties. Orchard Pointe Arrowhead team is a real blessing to our family and our mom. The staff is very friendly and mom says she enjoys feeling safe. I am glad we found Orchard Pointe. Please thank Sylvia and the all her team they made mom's life better!

Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead truly feels like family. From the moment my mom and I walked through the doors, we’ve both been treated with such genuine care and respect. One of the things that stands out most to me is how every team member—from the CEO to the caretakers—knows the residents by name and meets them where they are, honoring their reality and unique needs. The environment is always clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained. It has a classy yet comfortable feel that brings peace of mind. I’m especially grateful for how the staff goes above and beyond not only to care for the residents but also to support the family members. I know my mom is well cared for, understood, and surrounded by people who truly care. I feel incredibly grateful we found Orchard Pointe for my mom—it’s a special place where compassion is clearly at the heart of everything they do.

We moved my mom into the memory care side of Orchard Pointe almost a year ago and it has been an amazing experience for her. After checking out multiple different memory care homes, we knew this was clearly the best choice. It is a beautiful facility that really feels like home, and they offer many activities and events. The staff is wonderful, and the caregivers are so kind and gentle with my mom. It is so reassuring to know that my mom is being cared for by qualified, loving people that understand her illness and can give her the care that she needs. Orchard Pointe has been an incredible blessing to our family.
