I moved my mom from another facility to Orchard Estate’s Memory Care and it was truly the best decision I made! The difference was obvious from our pre-move in meeting until today. I looked at other facilities and there is no comparison to the clean, beautiful and happy environment. Everyone from maintenance, front desk and exceptional nursing staff is very professional, kind and uplifting to me, my family and my mom. And as far as the community fee, which I was not thrilled with, I realized why it was worth it after our first month. My mom is safe and happy and I am grateful to have found Orchard Estates of Woodbury!

My Mom spent the last 5 months of her life in the memory care unit at Orchard Estate. She had previously been in another facility in both assisted living and then memory care. When we decided to think about moving her as we were very unhappy with where she was I went to look at Orchard Estate. Right from the very beginning they treated us and my Mom with respect and dignity. Mom was on the waiting list for about two months and when we got the call that they had an opening we were concerned that moving her would be difficult and stressful due to her age and condition. We decided to go ahead with it after many conversations with Orchard Estate. They assisted us every step of the way. I only wish that we had found Orchard Estate right from the very beginning. Everyone there was so caring and kind. The communication with us was frequent, and the care Mom received was amazing. I highly recommend this facility.

My Mom has been a resident in the Harbor at Orchard Estates of Woodbury for almost a year and a half. It was such a hard decision deciding to move her from her home, but it has been the best decision we have made for her. She loves everyday in her community and receives the highest level of care and support. Each day is filled with art projects, socialisation, exercise and she raves about the food. I couldn't be more grateful for the dedicated staff and their commitment to the residents. It isn't easy when you become the caregiver for your parent but Orchard Estates has given me such peace of mind for my mom's care and I am so fortunate she is part of their family!

So grateful to have found this beautiful home for mom — the staff is kind, caring, and compassionate! As a family, we decided to move mom from her home of 50 years to ORCHARD ESTATE of Woodbury. She experienced a rapid decline in her health and mobility before moving in, and the staff couldn’t be more attentive to her needs. Everyone from Doug, the Director to Andrew the front desk receptionist is responsive and kind. I’m responsible for managing mom‘s care long distance, which is especially challenging, but they manage to make the experience seamless. I can sleep at night knowing mom is in good hands and enjoying this new chapter in her life!
