I have had the pleasure of working with Katy and Kathy with Sunrise Senior Living in Olympia Fields for several years, and they consistently exceed every expectation. As a real estate professional, I am very careful about where I recommend my clients move and Sunrise has proven itself to be a gold standard in senior care. The sales team is incredibly professional, patient, and welcoming. They understand that transitioning to senior living is a major life event, and they handle the process with genuine empathy and transparency. That same level of friendliness extends to the entire staff—from the front desk to the care providers—who treat every resident like family. I am always impressed with the wonderful care and communication from the team at Sunrise. They really go the extra mile to have engaging events for their residents. The recent renovations turned out beautiful and really promote upscale living. Their staff are personable, and take an active interest in their residents and families. It's hard to find reliable aging care facilities but this is one of them. Highly recommend checking them out, definitely worth traveling a bit further for if the community is out of your area.

I had the pleasure of working with the Sunrise community as a Social Service Director of a nearby SNF Rehab, and I can confidently say it is a truly exceptional place. The staff are always helpful, compassionate, and dedicated to providing the best care and support to residents and their families. Everyone works as a team and genuinely cares. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, creating a warm environment that feels like home. Sunrise of Olympia Fields is the premier place for senior living. From the moment you walk in the lobby, you will be able to see the excellence with which it is run. From the receptionists that warmly greet you to the staff that is fastidious, professional and polite with accommodating your needs. The director of this facility, Lisa, takes the time and care to take a personal interest in the residents and their families. Having had both of my parents stay there, with my mom being there for over a decade, I know that there is no better place that my parents could have hoped to stay. The personal care and concern for my parents as if they were their parents, has been such a comfort to me and my family. I can’t say enough good things about this awesome, wonderful place. If you’re looking for someplace for your loved one where quality, care, kindness, and excellence is the order of the day, look no further! Sunrise of Olympia Fields is the place!!!
