I am always impressed with the wonderful care and communication from the team at Sunrise. They really go the extra mile to have engaging events for their residents. The recent renovations turned out beautiful and really promote upscale living. Their staff are personable, and take an active interest in their residents and families. It's hard to find reliable aging care facilities but this is one of them. Highly recommend checking them out, definitely worth traveling a bit further for if the community is out of your area.

Sunrise of Olympia Fields is the premier place for senior living. From the moment you walk in the lobby, you will be able to see the excellence with which it is run. From the receptionists that warmly greet you to the staff that is fastidious, professional and polite with accommodating your needs. The director of this facility, Lisa, takes the time and care to take a personal interest in the residents and their families. Having had both of my parents stay there, with my mom being there for over a decade, I know that there is no better place that my parents could have hoped to stay. The personal care and concern for my parents as if they were their parents, has been such a comfort to me and my family. I can’t say enough good things about this awesome, wonderful place. If you’re looking for someplace for your loved one where quality, care, kindness, and excellence is the order of the day, look no further! Sunrise of Olympia Fields is the place!!!

For the most part the experience was good but the system for dispensing medication needs improvement. Also the installation of the toilet is to far from the wall which causes damage if pushed on to hard. They need to install a block to insure safety. The manager is also rude and unsure about different areas of the maintenance team.

This place is going down the drain. Have been complaining to staff for 3 months about the dirty carpet, they said that they need 3 rooms to be dirty so they could call someone to come out to clean the carpet. The room smells now. I am going to complain to someone who will listen.BBB and Gov Pritzger. Maybe something will be done
