Everyone at oakwood Hills Craft Fair was wonderful to work with, they treated us like royalty. The food they gave us was wonderful and our sales were great.

Katie was very informative and helpful. We liked the facility very much but my father wants to remain in his home for another year or two as long as his health and strength hold up. We had toured Oakwood Hills in preparation for moving my father in law to Eau Claire. Katie was incredibly knowledgeable and listened to what our needs were. We reconnected months later as he was ready to make the move. Katie was so patient with my father in law answering all of his questions at his pace. It was very clear that she cares about each interaction and it was never a sales pitch. Change is never easy but she made him feel heard and that he was in control. Oakwood Hills is lucky to have someone like Katie.

I am writing this review in regards to Katie. This lady has never met me only talked on the phone but went above and beyond to help us find a place for my daughter in assisted living. My daughter resides in Wisconsin rapids in assisted living but her family and friends are all from Eau Claire so we travel 2 hours each way to see her. Katie is such a blessing to even take the time to help out strangers. This women deserves a metal and much more and our family will be forever grateful.
