Such a great community! Super clean and always feels welcoming. The Executive Director is awesome. She really cares and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend!

TEN PLUS STARS if I could. Tegan Michelle Heather Gina and the rest of the most caring compassionate staff at Oakmont deserve 10 plus stars. A clean facility that looks like a 5 star resort with 5 star activities and the professionalism with the entire staff at this facility is outstanding. I am so grateful we chose this place for mom. This place is shockingly affordable, clean and from the moment you walk in the door you feel the positive vibes. Everything about this place that we have experienced has been a positive one. Tegan is a compassionate woman who has helped my mom ease into her new life at Oakmont along with the all the staff 🙏🩷. I can see why the staff here love their jobs as they are passionate about what they do. Compassionate and caring as as to the seniors golden years and wanting to give them their best years in these life stages. Oakmont is a problem solution orientated establishment. Great communication. I can see why it is hard to get a residency here. Everything is outstanding because they make it that way from the great entertainment they hire, Food , activities, parties... The list goes on. These people genuinely care about their residents with all heart and soul. I am so grateful mom is in good hands. Tegan you are an amazing woman. Thank you for helping this process for me and my family. We are grateful. .

My sister and me took a unexpected tour at Oakmont of Las Vegas. My very first impression of entering the building was "wow this is very nice". Since we had no appointment I was not expecting to be able to do a tour. But I was wrong, a very nice lady (Tegan) showed us around the place and showed us the rooms. And even invited us for a luncheon in their dining room. The food was absolutely delicious and the menu had a big variety of food on it. I definitely am thinking very hard of going to live there. I just turned 65 and even though I am very independent I need a little help here and there and this place definitely looks it has both options in the same place. If you are looking to live in a wonderful place I truly recommend making an appointment to see the Oakmont facility...... And who knows maybe I'll see you there...... Update, I have been here at Oakmont of Las Vegas for over 3 months now and I like it here very much. A great mix of interesting residents, I play games, and puzzle. did some arts and cooking.....all under the cheerful watch of the great event team . They keep everyone busy and laughing. I get my hair done right here in the salon by Tom, he is great. The theater is wonderful. They even put on some sports on the big screen. I have seen residents going on the Oakmont bus to go shopping or dinning or on other outings....I am going to try that next . The staff looks out for everyone. And checks up on you. It is a safe feeling. I am so glad I choose this place.

Oakmont Las Vegas-BEST decision of our lives! I waited months to write this review, so I could share the unbelievable community this place is from the beginning stages of touring, to move in and the consistency of daily living. In Feb, I moved my father, with early on-set dementia, across country to be closer to me while still having his independence. I had never taken care of anyone and was so scared to make the wrong decision for his care. We visited Oakmont as one of the first three places and we were blown away with how much it felt like a home as soon as you entered the building. They always have staff up front with smiles, fresh flowers and the entry opens up to the most beautiful courtyard I've seen in all AL homes. I couldn't believe this place was real, so we continued to tour nine more locations and every time we left my father said " still doesn't compare to Oakmont". We met with Tegan, the Marketing Director, and toured the facility, had an amazing meal in the beautiful dining room and got to know so many different staff members. While touring, you could see that every person hired truly cared about the residents, they all would share their names, take time for each resident and you can see they are NOT understaffed. I had multiple visits and calls with Tegan, she literally put me so at ease with the process and the empathy she showed me throughout meant the world to me, as I navigated a new life for my father. Tegan and the team also listened closely as I shared the needs my Veteran father had and they already created more Veteran events and had honoring ceremonies. You can tell they appreciate all the men and woman who have served our country. She picked out the perfect room for him (by Poker Room with a Courtyard view) and sent us an amazing move in care package with all his favorites treats, checked his iPad would work with Wifi and found out if they had his fav Western Channel. I've been in a management career for over 25 years, excelling in customer service and culture and I believe this community is a true example of hiring the right people and maintaining high standards. I'm so grateful for the pride each team member takes with their jobs, from Will (the best Maintenance man) to Michelle and Heather in Admin, Amanda/Gina in Activities and Iyona and all the beautiful faces at the reception and in the dining room. The food menu rivals some of the best restaurants here in Vegas and is so fresh and delicious! Thank you for this World Class care over the last four months for my father. I love attending all the events/parties you throw for the residents and seeing the smiles and laughter on their faces. Your team's passion & consistency is what makes Oakmont HOME!
