This week as we secured a 2BR/2BA apartment for our parents, I had a chance to interact with others who call Northwood Manor home. I was greeted every day with smiles & assistance, schooled on Euchre & Bingo, and engaged in vibrant conversation. My mother met others who worked at Marion Public Library, led 4-H groups, shared her spring birthday, attended St Paul Catholic Church, and raised their families nearby in Avondale & Shady Hills. All residents were welcoming and took great care to make our parents feel included. I cannot say enough kind things about the staff who clearly treasure the residents who live here. A special thank you to John Clark who eased our transition, Mona in the dining room, & Courtney with activities & facility amenities. Northwood Manor is located in a safe environment, easily accessible, & always clean & decorated. A top choice for retirement living.

Staff and residents at Northwood Manor are remarkable. Residents welcomed us into their community and staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. It was quite a challenge helping mom adjust to living at Northwood but the staff did everything they could to make the transition easier. They truly care about everyone living there! Great food with many menu selections available each meal. If you are looking for a retirement home for your loved one, Northwood Manor is awaiting you.

My mom just recently moved in and she is enjoying three delicious meals a day! The apartments are nice and spacious, the grounds are beautiful and well cared for and the entire staff is GREAT! We’ve met several of the residents and they have been very friendly and welcoming!

Northwood Manor is a very nice place to call home. i have made lots of friends here. The staff is always friendly and glad to help. Each day we have different activities that we can enjoy with friends. I also enjoy time in my lovely apartment as well. They offer bus service and a beautician in house. i am very happy calling this my home.
