I cannot speak highly enough about the compassionate care and consideration that my family has received from the staff at North Pount Woods. It is a wonderful residence for seniors. My mother entered into an independent living apartment about 8 years ago. Her reluctance to move ended almost immediately when she told me “this feels like home and where I belong.” Her apartment was lovely , the staff is amazing, from administration down to every single employee. They are helpful, cheerful and kind; every one of them! My mom has met so many people and made wonderful friendships, where everybody looks out for and cares for each other. There are many social activities to participate in, if one chooses to do so, The kitchen staff is wonderful and create lovely, delicious meals in a really nice atmosphere. They listen to their clients and try their best to accommodate the many requests and suggestions. Just recently my mom took a bad fall and after a period of time in rehab at the Oaks, found herself in need of a move to Assisted Living. As hard as this transition was, physically and emotionally, the staff could not have been more helpful, compassionate and kind. The best part is, she is still near her many friends and is adjusting to her smaller quarters where she gets the best of care. It gives me and my family such relief to know that she is in a safe, happy,, comfortable, and beautiful place where all Of her needs are met. I am so very grateful to everyone at North Pointe Woods and would encourage anyone who is considering this type of environment to check it out. It are a first-class facility filled with love and concern for all of their residents and their families. I am so glad that my mother landed here!

NorthPointe Woods is the top senior living community in the Battle Creek area consisting of independent living, assisted living and memory care. It is clean bright and airy with a professional yet relaxed friendly atmosphere. Residents love it as do families. The Marketing Director is knowledgeable professional and friendly. She has been very patient and supportive as I search for a great place for mom.

If you're looking for a place to stay after retirement, I recommend checking out NorthPointe Woods. It's clean, offers a variety of activities to keep residents engaged, and the employees are friendly, caring, and welcoming. It's a great place to feel comfortable and at home.

My mother is a resident here. I live out of state, and I really do not have to worry too much about her safety. The staff is very helpful, and they are great for families to work with. If I have a concern, I know that I can call or e-mail several staff members. My family is very impressed with the meals and activities that are offered.
