I’ve had a wonderful experience living here, largely thanks to Ms. Senia Meraz our community Manager and our maintenance III Sir Jesus Maniti. Management team is fantastic always fixes issues quickly and professionally, and his the best, his fast, reliable, and friendly. He always completes work with a smile and leaves the area spotless. They make managing our building seem effortless and truly care about the residents. They always going above and beyond to help out. Ms. Senia is incredibly helpful and communicative. Management team is fantastic. Highly recommend! I give 5 stars!

I’m really happy living at Newark Station. Our Christmas party at Newark Station was such a joy! From fun activities to plenty of laughs, it was a wonderful time celebrating together. Big thanks to our Community Manager Senia and Maintenance Supervisor Jesus for always making everyone feel so cared for and happy. ❤️ feeling grateful to be part of this amazing community- truly place to call home!

I have lived here 8 years and experienced lots of changes. From the beginning I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of the management team. All requests are handled promptly, maintaining a quality of living that I really appreciate. Of course there are hiccups as expected living in a shared space with so many personalities, but the management has always done their best to address challenges as they arise, and it shows.

I give 5 stars to Senia, because she’s very kind, patience and she cares about all residents. She communicates with us about things going on the community and to be ready for any situation along with emergency preparedness. And all activities are super nice! I wish I come, but due to my work schedule it’s difficult to attend. She’s willing to go beyond her duties and help us looking for resources when we needed. She’s a great Manager, and the company must be proud with her job and professionalism. And the last thing SHE DESERVES MORE THAN 5 STARS!!!
