Before New Perspectives took over and it was Arbor Glen, it was wonderful. Now that New Perspective has taken over it has fallen apart. Our dad was there and it was over 50 minutes before anyone even acknowledged him. His outside rehab was with him and they were testing the system because he said no one ever responds. They do not provide all their “hidden” costs. They just keep saying “yes” and then slap you with a bill. When reaching out to the nursing staff by phone, calls would take up to a week to return. The independent driveways aren’t getting plowed. The quality and service have tanked. We removed my dad from there. Complete chaos. Would look other places. They talk the talk but do not walk the walk! Also, look at the dates of the previous reviews. Long before New Perspectives came along. Do your homework.

My father has been at Arbor Glen for a bit more than two years. My family and my dad decided it was time for him to move out of his house do to a fall in the summer of 2018. At the time my dad was 82 and in excellent mental and physical shape. But the inside and outside upkeep of the house was getting to be too much. We searched many assisted living facilities in the area. Arbor Glen was our unanimous choice including my father's. We haven't regretted it one bit. The care he receives is of the highest quality. I go to bed with assurance that he's well taken care of. My brothers and myself are very active in calling and seeing my father on a very regular basis. None of us has ever had an issue with Arbor Glen or it's staff. They gave become an extension of our family and have befriended many of them as they care for our father. Arbor Glen is a smaller assisted living facility that has very adequate space for all residents to be themselves while receiving top notch care. Arbor Glen...your best choice in senior living

Arbor Glen Senior Living is an excellent facility. Our Dad is in the assisted living program and gets great attentive care. Culinary works hard to produce delicious food with lots of variety. The nursing staff care personally for each resident and communicate well with families.they offer Blue Stone Physicians group for in-house medical care with portal online to communicate with the physicians. I highly recommend it.

Arbor Glen is a wonderful facility - not too big or too small. Everyone is friendly, knows the residents & greets them by name. The facility is modern, well kept, offers various activities & has a good variety of meals offered.
