I visited a beloved uncle who was living with dementia here throughout the summer of 2025. He was in the brain care/neurological area. I was admittedly nervous to go at first. I didn't know what to expect. But the facility was spacious, clean, and beautiful. It felt more like a niche hotel with indoor waterfalls on both ends and big screen TVs in the lounge areas for residents to watch. The staff was very kind and caring. I was able to visit with my uncle until relatively late in the evening (I believe it was open for visits until 9 pm) in a quiet corner of the facility. I was thrilled to meet a few of his fellow residents and friends on one lovely visit. We brought cupcakes and looked through lots of family photos during those visits. And when we had questions or special requests, the lovely staff members really went out of their way to way to help us out. For anyone who may be nervous to visit a friend or loved one with memory conditions, I can honestly say a visit to Frontida/New Day will put you at ease. It's a relaxing community setting that puts you at ease early on. I cherish my visits with my uncle, because he could still remember so much from the good, old days. My biggest suggestion would be for the facility to offer handouts for visitors to explain how to get the most out of visits with patients who have dementia, Alzheimer’, and other memory issues. It would help to know how to respond to a loved one who isn't living in a linear timeline anymore. It would help put visitors at ease, and it would prevent feelings of anxiety for all involved. Before you visit, I recommend looking up tips for having conversations with folks suffering from memory issues. My research recommended limiting visits to 20-45 minutes, but your mileage may vary. Bring old family photos and favorite snacks (and bring extra for residents who are always looking for a nice person to talk to). Thanks to Frontida Germantown for taking good care of my uncle and for making me feel welcome, too.

Great facility! I have residents that I care for here through hospice and I really enjoy working with the staff. The facility is always clean, staff is engaging and knows their residents well. The communication I receive from everyone who works here is beyond above my expectations. The nurse Tina is very knowledgeable and advocates for the resident's needs. Yolanda the manager has been there for a while and she keeps everything in order. Tabitha the regional nurse has been amazing to work with also. I see families come in and staff are very personable with them. I love the atmosphere. I for sure don't have any worries that my patients are not cared for. The collaboration for me is top notch!

My Mom has been at Frontida for a year. She is happy, engaged, cared for. She feels safe and at home. The Caregivers are happy, friendly, and engaged in the people they care for, they care for them. I am very pleased she is there. Last nights friends giving was wonderful. There is a great group of caregivers that work there. They really care and give of themselves. Thank you to everyone who is caring for my Mom. You are truly friends.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! We toured Frontida a year ago and instantly loved the space and the staff we met with. At the time my mom wanted to stay closer to her friends so I agreed to move her into a different facility. Almost instantly her health declined, and I was not comfortable with the care she was getting. I called Frontida back and asked if we could still move my mom in and they said of course. We moved her in and within three days of moving her into Frontida, her health improved. She has not fallen once since she has moved in and continues to improve every day. The place is beautiful and comfortable, and the staff is fantastic at staying on top of the residents' needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
