Neawanna by the Sea is an Independent and Assisted Living Community in Seaside, Oregon, on the northwestern Pacific Ocean coast. Neawanna by the Sea is a treasure in our community. My father-in-law is surrounded by a caring staff and friendly residents that make him feel at home and part of a family. The staff is incredible! They are professional, cheerful and always willing to help. The residents look forward to the activities and field trips organized by Helen. We have such peace knowing that Johnny is able to remain independent yet be cared for at Neawanna.

All of the staff, from administrators to food service, are kind and competent, and treat my grandma like family. Her happiness and contentment living at Neawanna By The Sea brings me, and her entire family, joy and peace of mind.
