Our outstanding Sachse neighborhood of homes opened in October 2017 and feels like a residential street blending right in next to an elementary school and single family homes. The sounds of children playing on the playground and people walking the path with family and pets is the view from our front porches. Our neighborhood consists of 6 homes with 4 Assisted Living homes and 2 homes that specialize in Memory Care. We have won numerous awards from different local publications for the amazing care we provide our seniors in Sachse.

Mustang Creek Estates of Sachse is the absolute best assisted living center the Dallas region has to offer. The director and assistant director have gone out of their way to help with my mom’s every need. They did everything possible to make the move in smooth and welcoming and my mom has received excellent care. One of the things I like best is that each house only has about 15 residents which lends to its family atmosphere. Something else I like is how active and engaged the staff and activity director keeps the residents. Finding Mustang Creek Sachse has been such a blessing for my mom and our family. We feel she is safe, well cared for and cared about.

Our beloved great aunt spent her last nine months of life at Mustang Creek Estates Sachse. The andministrators and caregivers truly gave her their best. It was night and day the difference between Mustang Creek and the previous larger assisted living residence she had lived in for three years. Mustang Creek is designed to feel like Home with an inviting living area that is open to the dining room and the kitchen in the middle, with halls on either side of the home that lead to the residents’ rooms. The housekeeper and caregivers all contribute to keeping the home very clean and bright. There were two caregivers at all times in the homes day and night in the house my aunt was in, which was the dedicated Hoyer lift house. Caregivers can only truly be called such if they GIVE CARE. At Mustang Creek, they do. The administrators strive to make sure the employees are the right fit. When my aunt passed away this past week, the staff comforted us with tears in their eyes. The residents become their family.

The director and staff have been very helpful in many tasks. The staff has been excellent with my spouse and done their best to make her comfortable in her surroundings. The food is great and many activities are available. The physical facility is in good condition, and the rooms are very nice. We looked at a few places, and this was the best fit.

I can’t say enough good things about Mustang Creek Estates of Sachse. From the moment we first visited, we were impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the staff and the homelike atmosphere of the facility. The caregivers are compassionate, attentive, and truly treat residents like family. It’s clear they genuinely care and take pride in creating a safe and comfortable environment. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to feel more like a home than an institution. The smaller, residential-style houses make a huge difference in fostering a sense of community and personalized care. Meals are home-cooked and nutritious, and the staff does a great job accommodating individual needs and preferences. There are also a variety of engaging activities that help residents stay mentally and socially active. Whether it’s a game night, music, or simply sitting on the porch enjoying the day, Mustang Creek makes sure residents are never forgotten or isolated. Our family has peace of mind knowing our loved one is in such capable and kind hands.
