I would like to formally express concerns regarding my experience at TrueWood Memory Care. While the caregivers were welcoming and kind, I observed behavior from Med Techs Sonia and Rosetta that I found concerning. They frequently spoke to staff, particularly Natalie, in a demanding and disrespectful tone. This behavior often occurred in front of residents, which I believe is inappropriate in a setting that is the residents’ home. Staff should be treated with professionalism and respect at all times to maintain a positive and dignified environment for both employees and residents.

My father lived here for two years. The facility is very clean and well maintained. His apartment was terrific and comfortable. Every person who works here is incredible. They treated my dad incredibly well and I'm so grateful we were able to get him into this wonderful facility. They offer great activities and assistance with transportation. They got to know my dad and truly cared about him. The dining room is very nice and the food is excellent, I tried it myself! I am so grateful for the kind employees and incredible care they provided my dad. He truly enjoyed living here. My great thanks to the entire Truewood team!

I am pleased with my move in experience. Everyone has been welcoming and the staff is excellent. The food is very good and nutritionally sound with variations and choices. The residents and staff all tell me I’ve come to the right place and I agree.

My dad moved into this place about 2 weeks ago. The process was quite simple and the staff is very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. My dad loves it. He has made many friends and has put on some weight. Which we are glad about that because he was way too thin. He is still adjusting to this new environment but I am very confident that he will continue to thrive and enjoy his time there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is interested. Definitely ask for Jeremy, he will be very helpful and will make sure that you are able to get the best possible outcome for your family.
