Such a beautiful and welcoming community. The residents are well loved and given the best quality of life. There is always something fun going on when I visit and seeing everyone happy and having a good time together is truly amazing. This is the best place in town for your family member to get the care they need and deserve. The staff and management take pride in what they do and you couldn’t ask for a better place!

This community truly stands out for the level of care and attention they provide. The staff is kind, professional, and genuinely invested in their residents’ well-being. Stacy is absolutely amazing…she goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable, supported, and cared for. You can really feel the positive energy and compassion throughout the community. Highly recommend!

My mom was in memory care here for just under a year. This was not a good place for her. Reasons: 1) Poorly staffed and some of the staff had piercings and tattoos covering their faces and arms - what do you think a person with dementia thinks of this appearance, scary would be my guess, especially if those people used harsh language and had harsh reactions towards the resident. My mother was afraid. 2) There was never enough help at meals to help feed those that couldn’t feed themselves. 3) Carpets were dirty and smelled like excrement and urine and my mom’s room was seldom cleaned. Dirty, sticky floors and dirty toilet. I kept a broom, mop, and cleaning items in my car so I could clean her room when I visited. 4) They couldn’t keep a CMA. So, you never knew who you could talk to about issues that would arise. Lastly, I’ll say that I know it’s a hard and thankless job to care for the elderly, but that’s what the job is. I didn’t necessarily blame the staff, but mostly the poor management style from the office.

I personally have had so many issues with management at this facility from issues with over charging month after month to just recently my family member passed away and right after the cremation director took her from the facility one of the staff came in and stole her phone, charger, iPad, and valuable jewelry. I didn’t immediately realize the jewelry was missing but the phone I noticed and asked about it and eventually had to cause a scene then magically it appeared over night and no one would tell me where it was found, or who found it. Then when I realized the jewelry was missing they blamed hospice and tried to blame the cremation director. I immediately was able to get the story from both of them that the jewelry was left at the facility and then found out that 2 particular staff were going in and out of her room all night and into the next morning till I got there that evening. Neither the director or other management really cared to help me get her stuff back so I filed a police report and contacted upper management. Now here we are 2 months later and I still don’t have her stuff back and probably won’t ever know who took it.
