Well... It took three times before my Dad decided to move to Morada...now he is in a much better place for his new way of life. I'am grateful for Ana Gonzalez, being understanding and patient with getting my Dad into Morada Living. Shout out to Jenifer Coggins an understanding and passionate lady....and also keeping her staff and facility in tune with the residents needs. I also want to give thanks to Sydney (front desk) very nice lady greets me with a smile and always on the lookout, observing of all activity in and around the front area. Shout out to LaTesh and Jenna and others on staff helping my Dad in his new way of living. Thank you for all y'all do!

Review for new shy and reserved activity director who's not really a people person ( just kidding) I chose those words to say the opposite about her. She's an outgoing friendly people person whose learning her job quickly ( like driving the bus ) she's a happy person with a good sense of humor. She's a great choice for the job. Orville 430

Morada of Burleson is an exceptional community, and much of that excellence starts at the top with Executive Director Jennifer Coggins. Her leadership, compassion, and hands-on approach set the tone for the entire building. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents, families, and staff, and it shows in the culture she’s built. Jennifer goes above and beyond she’s present, responsive, and deeply invested in doing things the right way. Under her direction, Morada of Burleson operates with professionalism, warmth, and heart. Communities thrive when they have leaders like her, and Morada is a direct reflection of that. Outstanding leadership like this deserves to be recognized and compensated accordingly. Jennifer Coggins is truly an asset, and Morada of Burleson is lucky to have her. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for quality senior living with leadership you can trust.

ZERO Stars My horrible experience with the dishonest Management of Morada Burleson & their parent company Discover Senior Living. My Father was Hospitalized while we were looking for Respite care. Jennifer the Director of the facility told me that I have to sign the contract and make the payment and that if my father could not check in that we would be refunded. My Father was transferred from the hospital to a skilled facility the day he was supposed to check in, a Friday. I called Jennifer at Morada Burleson to let her know but she was not there. I told the front desk that my father was not coming. I called back 6 times over 5 days and Jennifer was never there and never called me back. Each time I called I explained to the front desk that my father wasn’t coming and that I needed Jennifer to process the refund. After a month when I returned to the country I went to the facility in person and Jennifer told me that since I didn’t “cancel in time “ they were not going to refund me. I showed her the call log on my phone that showed how many times I had tried to reach her and she said it doesn’t matter. I signed a contract and she is not refunding the $3K we paid. I asked Jennifer if she felt this was a moral way of doing business that Morada stands by and she said she didn’t care. I signed a contract and that’s it. After this conversation I reached out to Discovery Senior Living the parent company. I spoke to a manager named Chrissy and told her about my family’s experience. I asked her if Jennifer’s response reflected the Core Values of Integrity & Compassion listed on Discovery Senior Living’s website, and Chrissy said that has nothing to do with it, only the contract I signed matters. I guess Discovery has a different definition of “Core Values”. My family’s experience with Morada and Discovery embodies every stereotypical experience with a large VC Company that buys lots of small businesses and only cares about squeezing out every penny. Please do not support these businesses nor trust them with the care of your loved ones.
