One day my dad would get one of his medications the next day he would get 10 different medications. They have no idea what medications are being given because they are not nurses they are here illegally and don't speak read or write English. Very few staff members speak English. They left my step mother alone and she was NOT SUPPOSED TO BE LEFT ALONE! SHE FELL HIT HER HEAD AND BROKE SOME RIBS. ended up in the hospital for a week then was put in a nursing home. This place is just the WORST!! PLEASE DON'T LET YOUR LOVED ONES STAY HERE. Most of the kitchen staff seems to be pissed off all of the time. If you need help with ANYTHING be ready to ask at least 8 times but you still probably won't get the help you need. The residents are extremely lucky if they get one shower a week. Very poor communication. Way under staffed. Love the residents but I feel bad for them. They all complain constantly about the staff and getting the help they need. I don't recommend this place for your loved one. They will not return your phone calls or emails. This is because they know they are doing wrong and everything is illegal. They are soooo lazy it's disgusting. Please please please take my advice and do not let your loved ones live here. Just pathetic and should be in jail.

My mom has been living here for a month. The staff are great. There is a lot of life here. Morada was recommended by a friend whose mother lived here her last five years and loved it. They let my mother bring her windmill and lawn chair to the courtyard. We are relieved and she loves it.

My mother moved in here for one month. Nothing they told her they did (drinks 24/7, healthy meals, etc.) was true. She didn’t even have a closet in her room or anywhere to put her clothes. The room was small and the staff used their key to get in anytime they wanted. There are no doors to separate the two small bedrooms from each other, even though you’re living in the same room with a stranger. They stay short on staff. They can’t keep a cook. They served green beans twice a day, every day, because the kitchen staff got them on sale. They lock up medications and keep count of it, even though my mom didn’t need this. The people passing out meds are not nurses, which is illegal. They served my mom a bacon wrap with raw bacon. The worst part is she asked many times if her social security check would cover living there. They said it would. Then they left a bill on her counter for $1743.68 for one month, after Medicaid had paid them. So she moved out and is in debt for the $1743.68. I’m so disappointed because I thought she was going to a good place. She didn’t. Practically every thing they told her was a lie. Ashley is nothing more than a used car salesman.
