Monarch Estates Is wonderful! I have lived here almost 2 1/2 years. Although my experience has always been good, It has been excellent since Quincy came on board as General Manager. She is professional, yet friendly, efficient yet attentive to the residents’ needs, and always willing to listen to the residents’ concerns. I have a great deal of respect for her. She is doing an excellent job!

I find that this is a wonderful place to live. As a dialysis patient I am able to get my treatment without any break in the services. I am able to get my lunch and take it with me. The staff at the dialysis center always are asking what do you have. I am happy that I choose this facility as it meets my physical as well as mental needs. I find the manager to be a caring individual who demonstrates she has her resident at the foremost of her service delivery.

My husband and I currently live at Monarch Estates. We have a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. We have a great wraparound balcony with a view of beautiful trees. They do a wonderful job with the landscaping. The services here have greatly improved since we got our new Executive Director, Quincey. She makes sure everything is done correctly and on a timely basis. I especially enjoy how she makes all the Holidays seem special. We are very happy here.

I have family that lives at Monarch Estates and we have only good things to say about it! We appreciate the general manager Quincy Beckwith. She does an excellent job and is very sweet and professional.
