Midtowne Assisted Living and Memory Care

If you are considering this AL for your loved one, be sure to make frequent unannounced visits to this establishment. There are some terrific, caring staff but not all. They will dazzle you with their talk but unfortunately do not follow through on even routine care. When you entrust someone to care for your family member, it's heartbreaking to see them fail you with simple matters much less the more serious tasks especially when we were paying $7845.00 a month! Moving my family member was the best decision I could have made, she is thriving in her new environment.

My mom has lived at Midtowne and it was a wonderful experience! I decided to move her to my home to see how that would work! But, I am now in the process of moving her back. Staff, care givers, lunchroom staff, house cleaning and anyone else working there are absolutely top notch! Clean, loving, caring community! I would highly recommend❤️

I cannot tell you how strongly I recommend you DO NOT put your loved one in this facility. There are a few techs who are truly wonderful but overall this place is horrible. They would not follow thru on the most basic necessities such as bathing, doing her laundry, washing her hair and ensuring she gets a shower. My family member took care of most of these things when we saw they were not doing them. All the things they were being paid for by us but they never hesitated to raise their price when they were not doing them.Straw that finally broke the camels back for me was when they neglected to feed her for two days. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE THERE. Mine is much happier now that she has been moved. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. If you are considering them do your research and ask around town. People will tell you what we now know. Just don’t do it.
