"Methuen Village at Riverwalk Park offers local seniors service-enriched Assisted Living and a secure residential Compass Memory Support Neighborhood® for those with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia. Located in the city’s Historic District, at the end of a small cul-de-sac just off the hustle and bustle of Broadway, many of our apartments come with unbeatable views of the Spicket River and Riverwalk Park. While residents benefit from a convenient “in town” location with easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, they also enjoy an evening stroll of the park or a quiet morning listening to the birds on the sunny porch.
Residents receive individualized attention and catered assistance from a professional and caring staff. Supportive services are tailored for individual needs including personal care, medication management, delicious meals featuring selections from our Brain Healthy Cooking menu, lifelong learning programs, cultural enrichment and wellness programs, housekeeping, and more! Methuen Village is also proud to have received the Purple Flag for Dementia Accreditation™️, which recognizes those providers who have demonstrated adherence to 60 practice recommendations across 10 content areas identified as essential and valuable for individuals living with dementia.
Unlike most assisted livings, we offer a short-term and trial stay option with no minimum length required. This option is perfect during family vacations, when a senior is recovering after a hospital or rehab stay, or they just want to “try out” our community with no strings attached!"

Methuen Village Assisted and Memory Care is a beautiful community, the facility has a river that is very impressive with the sounds of birds, and the sound of water set in a backdrop of woods. it is a clean and friendly facility, with lots of activities to keep you involved. The cook is amazing, and the dining room is quaint and very cozy. The staff is very friendly and hospitable, it is very welcoming. You will enjoy this place snuggled in Methuen.

I recently attended an event at Methuen Village and was very impressed with the building, lobby area and the staff. I also took a tour and found the apartments spacious, bright and loved the size of the bathroom, especially the step in shower. There were residents sitting in the common space chatting with each other, visitors and truly seemed very comfortable calling Methuen Village home.

I just want to express how pleased I am with the care my Mother is receiving at Methuen Village , she has a nice apartment and the staff is always there to help her and meet her needs. The building itself is clean, modern and well maintained . There are many activities for her to enjoy , she especially likes the yoga and the bus rides with Keith who makes every trip an adventure . The staff is professional and if I have any questions or concerns they are addressed in a timely manner. I could not be more pleased with the care my Mother receives at Methuen Village and more importantly she is happy living at Methuen Village. If you are looking for a place where your loved will be happy and well cared for I would recommend Methuen Village. Thank you Methuen Village , Tricia K.
