My mother recently passed away after living at Merrill Gardens in Campbell for 7+ years. My mom, myself and my five siblings could not have been more impressed with the facilities and the staff there! The facilities are lovely. The staff are so pleasant and helpful! The Resident Care Director, Sarum Talivaa, is a real gem! Sarum is such a professional, so kind, so caring, so compassionate! Her staff is just as wonderful! My mom’s afternoon/evening medtech (Brian) was fantastic - very proactive if he felt something might be off with my mom! It truly was a comfort to know my mom was in such good hands!

Merrill Gardens in Campbell is a fantastic senior living community. The proximity to downtown campbell and design of the building is great. The care provided to residents is amazing led by Sarum Talivaa and her team. I have worked with this community for many years at this point and would not hesitate to encourage anybody I know to consider the community for themselves or a loved one.

I can't say enough positive things about this Merril Gardens of Campbell and the incredible staff, especially the Sarum Talivaa DON. From the moment we walked in, we were met with warmth, compassion, and professionalism. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and truly feels like a community, not just a care facility. Sarum and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure each resident receives personalized care and attention. It's clear she leads with both heart and expertise—always accessible, communicative, and deeply committed to the wellbeing of the residents. Our client has truly thrived here, and that peace of mind is priceless. I would wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, nurturing, and well-managed environment for their loved ones.

ComForCare started working with Merrill Gardens about 6 years ago to give additional support to their residents. Sarum was professional, easy to reach and work with. All the staff are friendly and supportive. We have recommended our clients to move into Merrill Gardens when they are no longer safe at home. It takes a village. Thank you for including us!
