Sarum is the head of medical care at Merrill Gardens and takes wonderful care of the residents. She has been absolutely outstanding in looking after my mom's medical needs and makes sure her staff responds quickly and decisively to all the residents. My mother has been at the Merrill Gardens in Campbell for a couple of years now. It is a really well-run and well-managed place!! Hands-down better than any I have ever seen. The facilities are beautiful and clean, and all the staff there are caring and professional. My mother has had some ups and downs with her health and strength, and Sarum and the med-techs are excellent and always responsive! Sarum is really nice, approachable, and caring -- she truly wants the best for my mom. Truly five stars!!
