I have participated in several events at McDowell Village- from regular music performances (I'm the flute player in Meadowlark) to a recent 'Christmas in July' even where I offered my Children's Books. I've always found the residents to be contented and of good nature, which speaks volumes for the caregivers and management staff at McDowell Village. I look forward to returning soon for more interaction with this friendly group!

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting McDowell Village Senior Living once a month as a vendor, and it’s always a positive experience. The staff are consistently welcoming, friendly, and genuinely engaged with our program, which makes every visit enjoyable. The residents are wonderful people and always a joy to interact with. The facility is consistently clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a caring environment for everyone who lives and visits there. I always look forward to coming back!

We looked at several assisted living facilities and are very happy that we chose McDowell Village for our mother. Executive staff members are responsive and caring, there are many activities for residents, there's a lovely dining room and good food, onsite physical therapy is available billed through Medicare, and onsite visiting primary and specialist care is available and billed through Medicare. Transportation is usually available and capable. Caregivers do a good job with baths and other services that you may be paying for. We're very happy with the safe, clean, and fun environment at McDowell Village for our 88 year old mother.

All of the reviews are correct! McDowell Village offers a wide array of activities and amenities but it is the staff that helped my mom make it her "home" for 11 years. Thank you Michael, Kristin and staff for meeting her individual needs and working so closely with my brother and I. Thank you Julie and her 29 Assisted Living staff members for providing care for her. She loved you all!
