Mariella of Teravista

Mariella of Teravista has been an incredible blessing to my family. When my parents moved in December 2025, I was nervous and uncertain—I’ve always taken care of them myself, and the idea of placing them in a community was difficult and emotional. But from the very beginning, the staff at Mariella showed us that we had made the right choice. Although my father was only with us for a few short weeks before his passing, the compassion, dignity, and tenderness he received meant the world to us. The team supported my mother and I through one of the hardest moments of our lives with genuine care and kindness. Like any place, there can be a few bumps here and there—there are “bad apples” everywhere. But what makes Mariella stand out is how quickly and thoughtfully the leadership team, especially Nate and Deb, steps in. Any concern we’ve had has been addressed immediately, professionally, and with a true commitment to doing what’s right. Their responsiveness has given me tremendous peace of mind. Since those early days, the entire staff has continued to treat my mom with warmth, patience, and respect every single day. She has more friends now than I believe she ever has. She really enjoys her community. Knowing she’s surrounded by people who see her, support her, and genuinely value her has lifted a weight off my shoulders. I am deeply grateful for everything the Mariella community has done for us. Their care has made a very painful chapter a little lighter, and I will forever appreciate the love and stability they’ve brought to my mother’s life. I wholeheartedly recommend Mariella of Teravista to any family looking for a place where their loved ones will be treated with compassion, dignity, and heartfelt dedication. Caregiving is TOUGH - I've been to quite a bit of communities (and I'm pretty picky) and this one really does stand out.

Mariella has been and still is a great place for my father. Over the past 4 years they have cared for my mom, dad, and mentally handicapped sister. My sister passed away in April 2024 from a lifelong kidney disease and my mom passed away in Dec 2025 from years of Alzheimer’s disease. They took wonderful care of both of them and I am forever grateful. My dad has severe dementia and they also provide wonderful care for him.

A great place to live! The people of Mariella of Teravista truly care about each and every one of their residents, from the care staff who work hard to keep them safe and clean, to the dining staff who provide excellent meal experiences both in kitchen and in service. I could go on: the housekeeping makes the place sparkle, the concierge is always there able to get answers to questions and the management is always there to solve a problem. Mariella of Teravista has truly worked hard to provide top quality service and personalized care to each and every senior of this community.

My mother in law was here for about 4 months before she passed. I want to compliment the staff at Mariella. They were great. Sarita, Debbie, Jennie and Nate made her stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend Mariella and will miss the entertainment and family dinning get togethers and their commitment to detail.
