The administrative staff is incredibly accommodating and genuinely loving. Nate, Deb and crew go above and beyond to ensure that residents feel valued and cared for. The caregivers are equally wonderful, always responsive and compassionate, making sure that every need is met. If your loved one is a foodie, I have enjoyed many meals there! Mariella is a community where seniors can thrive and feel truly at home.

One of the best senior living options in Round Rock! Nate and Deb are incredibly dedicated and so knowledgeable about both senior living and the community itself. You can truly see how much this team cares for their residents, staff, and the families they serve. If you’re considering assisted living or memory care for yourself or a loved one, Mariella of Teravista is an excellent choice.

I moved my Mom here about a week ago from another Memory Care facility in Round Rock. It has been an amazing transformation! My mom is so much more alert here. I had heard her soak more this week than in the last 6 months. She is smiling and laughing. This place is truly amazing and has made a huge difference in my mother’s life.

This place is horrible please do not bring your family here. Management is not trustworthy. They ( Deb and nate) made my family all these promises about my dad's care and they have not lived up to any of it. He has had to wait over 30 mins at times to get someone to come help him. They charge us to wash is clothes "outside" his laundry day, even though it maybe due to accidents. I just can't believe that I fell for all the lie that were told to us at admission. He also has food restrictions and they are not following it. Thank goodness its not a highly restricted diet but it could still be detrimental to his health. This is very unfortunate we had high hope because of the location but have been let down at every avenue.
