Our Independent Living and Assisted Living community allows you to take full advantage of your independence with more time for new adventures. Our team will take care of everything from cooking healthy meals and washing the dishes to maintaining the property and keeping the landscaping pristine.
You don't have to lift a finger unless you're excited to garden or attend a cooking workshop. A life lived well should be full of activities, and you’ll never have to look too hard to find them here. Our community is made up of vibrant, energetic seniors just like you who are always looking to expand their social circles. Use your newfound freedom however you wish. Some people like to schedule regular gatherings with family members and friends, and others like to spend time on their hobbies. Many of our residents also love to join the fun-filled activities we host right here on campus, such as:

And, if that wasn't enough, you'll also have your private apartment home to return to at the end of the day or if you just want to take a nap in the afternoon. We have a number of floor plans, but each one includes great window light and plenty of space. When it comes to quality care, we’re here to support you. We’ll work together before you move in to design a customized plan that meets your specific needs so you can enjoy fewer worries than ever before. We can help with things like bathing and dressing or managing medication and coordinating with outside health care providers. Our associates are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to an emergency to give you extra peace of mind.

Entire care team at Marbella (formerly Brookdale) are fantastic — caring, attentive, and responsive. My mom lived there for about 4 years before her passing in late April this year. Mom loved the activities and outings and thrived on the social interactions over meals in the main dining room (which she strongly preferred over the AL dining room). Many thanks to Janet, Leann, Pam, Annette, Guadalupe, Pam, Theresa, Steve and the folks at Marbella for the quality of life they help to provide to my Mom and all of the residents! And the recent remodeling done under the new owners has certainly brightened up the common spaces — well done!

From the moment my father moved in, it felt like he was embraced by a second family. The staff members are not only professional, but truly compassionate. I want to call out Janet, who is always there for my father and our family whenever we have questions or need anything. The activities and social programs have enriched his life, helping him form genuine friendships with both staff and fellow residents. It’s heartwarming to see him so happy and engaged!

Janet at Marbella has been absolutely wonderful, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She checks in regularly with my dad and with me, which has brought me an incredible amount of comfort and peace of mind. She truly cares about the residents and takes the time to know each and every one of them personally — that kind of attention and compassion is rare. Having my dad living at Marbella has been such a positive experience, and much of that is because of Janet. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine concern make all the difference. Knowing she’s there looking out for him has made this transition so much easier for our family. We are incredibly grateful for her.
