We had a wonderful experience with Kat and the team at Marbella San Marcos. Kat was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer our questions. The recent refresh has made the community feel even more warm and inviting. The beautiful new furnishings, caring staff, and welcoming atmosphere make Marbella San Marcos feel like home.

Marbella is a special place. The courtyard and building itself is lovely. The residents are friendly and seem to like living there. It’s an active community and good for lively folks. Kat in sales has been a big help and made the experience worth while.

This is a very vibrant and active community with something going on every day. The residents are friendly and social, which makes it easy to feel a sense of connection and belonging. There’s a great outdoor space, including one of the largest courtyards in a senior living community in San Diego County, and a gardening club that’s really well attended as well as heated pool. Overall, it’s a welcoming place that offers a lot while still being budget friendly.

Moved r Mom n last year. Fair experience yet typical sales brochure and bs same. Real life different. April 4th 2026 we get call Mom heading to Palomar Trauma. She was clipped n open area of Marbella by another resident. Hallway was not ribboned off or was and Marbella employee watching paramedics that were there for another resident. Paramedics told people to back up. Ever watch 90 yr olds back up. This should/could have been avoided. Accident happened n open area of facility. Marbella response o sorry and let us know where she is so we can take her a meal! Really how about something real! This is all r future as hedge funds take over these facilities. I’m sure they would never treat their shareholders this way Sincerely Stephen Mayes
