Courtney Smith as receptionist is so pleasant and caring!! The residents and families love her. It’s so nice to see someone who shows so much respect! Also Emily in activities has so much enthusiasm and cares for the residents and really tries to engage all with their interests! Of course couldn’t forget Roz! She has always been there for our family! Would actually need to show appreciation to ALL the caring staff, the CNA, the housecleaning, maintenance, culinary and especially the residents who are always kind to our brother.

The staff at Atria has been incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making my mom’s transition smooth and reassuring from day one. Both of my parents currently reside at Atria Maplewood Place. My Dad is in the memory care unit and my mother is in the assisted living section. It was so nice to find a place where I could put both of my parents, with their differing issues, to be cared for. The place is very caring and the staff is extremely helpful. Each of my parents get the help and care that they need and being in the same facility allows them to see each other. It gives me peace of mind to know that my parents are well cared for. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is faced with the difficult decision of how to take care of a parent when you need to work and cannot be there everyday.

We have had family members here since 2016, although there has been multiple changes in management, and support staff overall any of our concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Recently, Courtney at the reception desk went out of her way to check on my brother because I live a few hours away and could not get in touch with him. She returned my call promptly and put me at ease.
