The staff at Maplewood at Strawberry Hill, Norwalk, CT are outstanding! They are kind, compassionate and loving. I never leave without a smile on my face knowing that my father is safe and well-cared for. The facility is sparkling clean, bright and cheery. The amenities are first-class. My father is enjoying the activities each day and I can hardly reach him because he is in one or another class or outing. It makes our family very happy to have Dad here. I never come into the facility without being greeted and the staff makes us all feel like family. They are accommodating and approachable, every single one of them. It is a pleasure to meet people who truly love their jobs and the people they care for. Thank you for making this an wonderful experience for us all.

Five stars and two thumbs up to the incredible staff at the Maplewood at Strawberry Hill. My 93 year old father has been a resident there for over ten years, and I honestly can't say enough good things about the Maplewood. They are patient and caring and treat my dad with kindness. They ensure that he feels happy and safe. Danielle, the executive director, really does an amazing job! She sets the tone for creating a positive atmosphere. Danielle and the staff make the Maplewood feel like home. They go out of their way to make sure my dad and others are not just looked after but treated like family. We are so thrilled to have found the Maplewood and to have my dad surrounded by people who truly care!

Our family found Maplewood at Strawberry Hill when my husband needed Memory Care. His experience (and ours) was phenomenal! Caregivers were kind, attentive and loving! I am so grateful!

My experience here has truly been more then I could have ever expected. Everyone here has gone beyond the call of duty to make my mom feel comfortable and accepted. My only regret is that I did not find this wonderful place sooner. The administration, under the leadership of Danielle, is not only excellent, but the caring and sensitivity they show to their residents is nothing like I have ever seen before.
