We recently partnered with Holiday Maple Downs to host a fundraiser for children at their facility, and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we began planning, Sean, Molly and the rest of the staff were kind, generous, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and supported. The facility itself is beautifully maintained—clean, bright, and inviting. But what really stood out was the atmosphere: the residents were cheerful and engaged, and it was clear they are cared for and respected. You can feel the warmth of the community as soon as you walk through the door.

Holiday Maple Downs is a beautiful, well-maintained community. The staff are warm and welcoming, and it’s easy to see how much they care about the residents. Everyone always looks happy and at home. Truly a wonderful place!

Maple Down is an incredible place, and Sean Orcutt is a big reason why. I’ve been in the building for 20 years—I have a home care business and clients that live in the building—and I’ve never met a manager as dedicated as Sean. He truly loves and respects the elderly, always going above and beyond to make sure they feel safe and valued. Having a manager like Sean makes my job so much easier. He supports both the staff and residents, creating a wonderful environment for everyone. With all the recent improvements, the building has never looked better. If you’re looking for a place where people truly care, Maple Down is it—thanks to Sean! He is incredible.

I recently had my father-in-law join maple downs. It has been a great experience a good transition and everyone is extremely helpful thoughtful kind and able to help. The staff is very attentive and willing to assist when needed. I highly recommend this facility for anybody looking for someplace safe and comfortable to place a loved one.
