I dropped by Maple Downs one day, spur of the moment, to see what it was like, hoping to check out a nice place for my dad and stepmom. After speaking with a very nice receptionist , she introduced me to John Disque… and we were off on an informative tour of the very nice facilities of Maple Downs ! John was very courteous and helpful. He showed me rooms that were available and we toured all the community rooms, we talked about what was included with living at Maple Downs and also the financial aspect of living at Maple Downs. Maple Downs is a wonderful facility, everyone working there greets you with a smile and you feel welcome. My dad and stepmom did move into Maple Downs and are very happy there. Thank you John for all your help and attention before and after the move !

With our parents, Our family recently toured several senior living communities in the Fayetteville area. Once we saw Maple Downs and met John, one of the managers, we knew this was the perfect place for our parents to choose as their new community. John was very informative and positive. He spent a lot of time talking with all of us and met with our parents several times to answer their questions. Maple Downs is a very welcoming and active community. We highly recommend speaking with John if you have any questions about the senior living community.

After searching many places in the Syracuse area, mom and our family choose Maple Downs with no regrets! The move was less than a month ago and it feels like home already. John has been warm and welcoming, answering all of our questions and making the move-in process very easy. The two things that impressed us (among many) were the offer for lunch on our first visit and meeting one of the ambassadors who could honestly answer any questions that we had. Since moving in, Maple Downs has lived up to our expectations. The apartment is very comfortable, the building is well-maintained and clean, and the food is plentiful! The activities are enough to keep busy if desired. Most importantly, Mom has found many other residents to socialize with and has made a number of connections. She and her table mates are usually the last to leave the dining room! We are hoping for many years in this new home!

Our family had an amazing experience working with the sales managerJohn D at Maple Downs. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect apartment for our mom. He took time to understand her needs and made what could’ve been a stressful decision feel easy and comforting. The tour was thoughtful, the community was warm and welcoming, and we left confident that Mom will be happy and cared for. I highly recommend Maple Downs.
