After searching many places in the Syracuse area, mom and our family choose Maple Downs with no regrets! The move was less than a month ago and it feels like home already. John has been warm and welcoming, answering all of our questions and making the move-in process very easy. The two things that impressed us (among many) were the offer for lunch on our first visit and meeting one of the ambassadors who could honestly answer any questions that we had. Since moving in, Maple Downs has lived up to our expectations. The apartment is very comfortable, the building is well-maintained and clean, and the food is plentiful! The activities are enough to keep busy if desired. Most importantly, Mom has found many other residents to socialize with and has made a number of connections. She and her table mates are usually the last to leave the dining room! We are hoping for many years in this new home!

Our family had an amazing experience working with the sales managerJohn D at Maple Downs. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect apartment for our mom. He took time to understand her needs and made what could’ve been a stressful decision feel easy and comforting. The tour was thoughtful, the community was warm and welcoming, and we left confident that Mom will be happy and cared for. I highly recommend Maple Downs.

My mom moved in here a couple months ago and loves it here. She has dementia and the staff and directors are always available to answer questions/help as needed. I sleep better knowing she is safe and happy!

I found Maple Downs through “A Place for Mom”. A family member was displaced due to an apartment fire and was suddenly without a home. Fortunately an apartment was available, and they helped us manage through the process of this tragic event. The staff is so empathetic and create an atmosphere of respect and caring for all of their residents. The residents themselves are very friendly and welcoming to people who are new, which was very comforting in our situation. I would recommend Maple Downs 100% to anyone looking for a place for a loved one!
