Mallard Point has been an absolute blessing for our family. From the moment we walked in, we felt a genuine sense of warmth, comfort, and community. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and full of friendly faces. The staff truly go above and beyond to make sure every resident feels cared for, respected, and at home and a special shoutout to Brenda, she is incredible. Her dedication, compassion, and leadership really shine through in everything she does. You can tell she genuinely cares about both the residents and their families, and she makes herself available whenever needed. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and kind in a role like this. We moved my mom to Mallard Point in October. Everyone has been so kind and welcoming! Staff have been attentive to meeting her needs through this transition. This has given me peace of mind knowing she is comfortable and in a safe place.
