I have lived here for almost 2 years and my experience has been good. The people are friendly as well as the management. They provide activities of many different kinds. The food is great and they always have a soup of the day and yummy desserts. The inside has been totally updated this year and is beautiful! And outside repairs have been done to the balconies. I am happy here!

I have been living at Mallard Point since 9/24. It has been a learning experience. I did not realize there would be several folks living here that should be in an assisted living facility. I also did not realize how hard it would be to fit in with people whom have been here a longer time. However, I am more comfortable after a year with meeting new people. The amenities are great. The cleaning team, the gym, the dining room staff, the chefs, the food, and the activities are all top notch. I appreciate not feeling forced to attend or play some game that I have no interest in. I feel free to do the things I want without any questions. The staff could not be more helpful and I feel they genuinely care about me. They are always friendly and have time to listen to what is on my mind. With so many different personalities, it is a challenge for Aryon and Amber everyday. But they are the best. The remodel of the building is so lovely. It is clean, welcoming and so updated from what we had. I am disappointed the library is smaller and there is not a designated chapel. But so proud to have friends and family see our new home. I am thankful to live here and feel I have value for what I pay. I hope one day to feel like a member of the “in crowd”.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. They’re efficient in their duties but always take the time to chat. The food is outstanding and parents love the dining experience. Gives them more choices no matter what time of day.
