The recent renovations at Mallard Point Senior Living have definitely made a difference. The building looks fresher and more modern, especially in the common areas and dining room. It’s brighter, cleaner, and feels more updated overall. There were a few inconveniences during the renovation process, but the staff did their best to keep everyone informed and comfortable. Now that it’s finished, the community feels more inviting, and the improvements make day-to-day life a bit nicer. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live, and the updates show that the community is continuing to invest in its residence. I’d recommend taking a look if you’re considering an independent Senior Living in the area.

I moved my mom in a couple of weeks ago and everything has been outstanding so far. Beautiful place, friendly residents and staff, good food, reasonable rent price, and excellent accomadations. Shout out to Nikki for making it a smooth transition.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and my experience has been good. The people are friendly as well as the management. They provide activities of many different kinds. The food is great and they always have a soup of the day and yummy desserts. The inside has been totally updated this year and is beautiful! And outside repairs have been done to the balconies. I am happy here!

We have been living here at Mallard Point for seven years. Right now is the best it has ever been! A re-model has just been completed and the place looks fantastic. Plus, the menu has been increased and improved. We now receive three really great meals per day included in our rent. We also have entertainment weekly with a happy hour including drinks and snacks. There are numerous activities including Wii bowling, chair volleyball, exercise classes, crafts, cards, bingo and board games. And, if you need to go somewhere, but do not have a car, there is a van to take you to you appointments. All in all, it is resort living right here in Cedar Falls, Iowa!
