I’m very grateful for folks at the Lighthouse at Lincoln - Chloe and Hannah have been particularly supportive. The facility is beautiful and the staff is very well trained and welcoming. They offer tremendous support for the families of people dealing with dementia. And the food is awesome too. Their knowledge and understanding have been a great blessing for me.

The Lighthouse is a very welcoming community. The staff are very friendly and caring. Everyone who works there knows the residents and treats them like a family member. If my husband cannot live at home, this is the next best place.

I would highly recommend the Lighthouse. We switched from another facility and have been so pleased with the level of care they have given my father as well as supporting my mom with this transition through their family trainings and support groups. They train all of their staff with working with individuals with dementia. Most staff have experienced family members with a dementia diagnosis which is definitely observed with the compassion given to their residents. This decision is not an easy one but I know my dad is in the best care he can be with needing this level of care.

I am writing to share my heartfelt experience with The Lighthouse at Lincoln, and to acknowledge the exceptional care provided to the residents who live there. First, I want express my gratitude for all the help, patience, and understanding that Chloe gave to me in making Denny’s stay at The Lighthouse possible. Chloe spent so much time with me filling out forms , providing answers to questions that I had, and getting his room ready for his stay at The Lighthouse. She is a great asset to the team at The Lighthouse and she brings her professionalism and warmth to prospective residents and their family. From the moment Denny and I walked through the doors, it was clear that the CNAs and staff members are genuinely happy to help. They are loving, patient, and compassionate, always ready to lend a helping hand with kindness and respect. Their warmth and attentiveness create an environment where residents are treated with dignity and feel truly cared for, not just attended to. The living spaces further reflect this sense of care and comfort. The apartments are cheerful and bright, with sunlight filtering through the windows, creating a warm, homey atmosphere. This natural light and welcoming environment make a meaningful difference, especially for residents who benefit from calm, familiar, and uplifting surroundings. We are deeply grateful for the dedication and empathy shown by the CNAs and staff at The Lighthouse at Lincoln. Their commitment to creating a supportive, nurturing community does not go unnoticed, and it brings our family peace of mind knowing our loved one is in capable and caring hands.
