Though , the place and inside the apartment are nice; we started with terrible experience by having awful staffs.This place used to be a trash with rich the maintenance guy and Eveline, previous manager! Every single day i am thankful that those evils are no longer here! Terrible terrible choice of staffing! However; we are very happy with our new wonderful manager; she is very helpful and truly do her best to resolves our issues and manage the property nicely and professionally. We appreciate her judgement and ethics! We need an electric cars’ charge station for more tenants noe using electric cars! Thank you

I have been living in this community a little over three years. The previous property manager and maintenance manager were absolutely horrible, extremely rude to the majority of the residents, forgetting this is s entire community and compassion for the elderly is an absolute MUST, and basically hung out in the office behind closed doors and nothing was being done and we kept getting blown off. Therefore, the majority of us are happy to have seen them leave. The new and current property manager, Mrs. Guadalupe David has been the exact opposite of her predecessor. She is courteous, kind, and understanding and unlike the previous manager, she listens and addresses concerns in a quick and timely manner. The common areas, inside and out, are being cleaned and up-kept, the elevators’ floors have been changed from smelly carpet to laminate, the outside parking was resurfaced and speed bumps were added to the underground parking and the fading parking space numbers have been renewed and look great. Nicholas Korber, who previously reported to the useless maintenance supervisor and was actually doing all the work previously has finally received his overdue promotion and has been doing a fantastic job and ensuring the common areas are cleaned daily and work orders are completed quickly and sufficiently. Honestly, Mrs. David and Mr. Korber are the best things about this property and should be acknowledged by upper management for an extremely well done job. Thank you

Liberty at Aliso is a marvelous beautiful new community; four years old in South Orange County, California. It is a beautiful gem. We very much look forward to spending many years in this senior community in this very ideal peaceful area. The application process leading towards the approval of our lease was streamlined and highly professional. Outstanding. The property manager, assistant property manager, and staff are amazingly cordial polite and friendly and very helpful. I am very impressed indeed. Exceptional. Our apartment was delivered to us in five star condition. Highly recommend this community to any seniors desiring to live in a very peaceful, quiet and super clean environment.
