At Legend at Silver Creek, we offer two types of senior living solutions: personal care and memory care. Residents enjoy services and support tailored to their individual preferences and interests. Here, residents can take advantage of amenities such as a movie theater, on-site salon and spa, a bustling bistro area, and plenty of beautiful outdoor spaces.
We purposefully designed Legend at Silver Creek to feel welcoming to residents and families. Every detail was made to enhance independence and encourage socialization with others. For example, thanks to natural, non-glare lighting, low-pile carpet, and intentional color selection, residents live in an environment that reduces fall risk while increasing confidence and independence.

Memory Care
Memory care communities offer specialized care and support for individuals dealing with memory-related conditions, such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. These facilities are equipped with trained staff and offer engaging activities designed to promote well-being while ensuring a safe living environment.
Respite Care
Respite care is short-term or temporary care. Respite care can be provided in adult day centers, in private homes via home health agencies and in senior living communities, most often assisted living or skilled nursing facilities.
Personal Care
Personal care involves assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, medication management, and mobility support to help maintain independence and enhance day-to-day life.

My parents both moved into Legend a year ago and I am very happy they did so. It has removed so much of the stress that I had been feeling because now I know they have care when they need it. Any time that I can give a big "thumbs up" to Michelle, Stacey, and Zeddie, I am more than happy to. They all do their job both with a high level of professionalism and friendliness. It is so crucial to the care of the residents, and comforting to their loved ones. Providing "peace of mind" is invaluable.

We have been working with Stacy at Legend to get a family member moved in. The time frame has been quick. Stacy has provided personable, efficient, and compassionate support to both me and my family member. She has risen to every challenge the process has presented. The facility is beautiful and the programming is top notch, but none of that would matter without great people to support residents and their families!

I recently had the privilege to attend an event at Legend at Silver Creek. Wow! This community is gorgeous and has a lot of fun spaces for seniors to participate in activities and visit with their friends and families. They do a great job at hosting events and really take the time to connect with the families that they meet. It is fantastic to see a community that is clean, bright, cheery, and ready to support our loved ones. This team is quite friendly and would love to have you stop by for a visit. Their special events for outreach are so fun and you really get to know some of the staff that work there! I loved my visit and the people I had a pleasure meeting.
