I visited this facility and then took my parents to visit. I can not say enough about how amazing this place is and how incredibly wonderful CeCe was to us. We had several staff come up and meet us and they made you feel absolutely at home. We had a delicious lunch and were truly treated like very special guest. Cece went way above and beyond. Although my parents have decided they are not "quite ready" for a move just yet, I can assure you that when the time comes this will be our first contact. If you or anyone you know is looking for a wonderful place for yourself or your family, please check this place out. I honestly think you will be just as amazed as I was. May God bless each and everyone of those people who give 100% to help you make a transition that we all know can be extremely difficult. Thank you for welcoming us with open arms!

Our family has been Working with the amazing Staff at Legacy Oaks of Azel. My Mother is ready to move closer to us here in the Fort Worth Area. The staff, especially Kelly and Cece have been Soo very patient and understanding of her situation and needs during this process. The Independent Living Residencial apartments are beautiful and well maintained. The facility and the amenities are exemplary! This is truely Resort style living! The multi-level care model will set us up for the future needs. We are very excited for Mom to join the other friendly residence and staff for a quality of life she has earned and deserves. Thank you Legacy Oaks Staff for everything!

My Mother is in Memory Care at Legacy Oaks in Azle. She had been there 6months. The care she receives from staff is amazing. It starts with the Director Becky who trains her staff and gives the residents the love and care they deserve. Activities all day..when I visit my mom is always busy. My mom is happy I ask her every day. I highly recommend this place
