If your loved one requires Personal Care Level 4, DO NOT move them here. My wife was left unattended in a soiled diaper for 2-3 hours resulting in her being admitted to the hospital twice in one month. We moved the following month. When help was required, I frequently had to go in search of someone. At times I was unable to find someone. I believe they were understaffed and management was responsible. Once we left, no one would return my texts, emails, or phone calls and did not respond to a letter I hand delivered. Be careful and beware.

Laurel Glen has a warm welcoming environment with a resort feel. The staff are very friendly and attentive to the residents and the residents have lots of activities to keep them engaged. I liked the community so much that I referred my Aunt and she loves it.
