Lancaster Grove Senior Living has been such a wonderful experience for our Loved one. Alison Graves is absolutely amazing and the resident care program is the best. The residents stay busy with activities and have so much fun. If you are looking for a continuing care facility for some added help or for Memory Care, I can't recommend Lancaster Grove enough! So much thanks to Alison for all the time and Love she pours into her work and the whole entire staff that works together as one big family.

Lancaster Grove is the most active, caring and compassionate Senior Living community around. Alison Graves keeps the residents engaged and is a vital part of the community raising money and awareness for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. It is evident that the caregivers love their residents by how they care for them. Every time I visit, I am greeted by smiles from residents and staff a like. No other community I visit emits joy for caring for seniors like Lancaster Grove!!

My dad received excellent care at Lancaster Grove for 9 years, and Alison Graves was wonderful to him. As Director of the Resident Experience Program, she always reminded him of activities and took him treats if he didn’t go to the activities. They joked with each other all the time. Most of all, she genuinely cared for him and for our family, too.

When my mother moved into the Grove 98 years young, she began to thrive again. The resident experience program that Alison Graves designed and led was exceptional. From morning devotions and chair exercises to evening bingo and concerts, the program was designed to engage the residents in as much social stimulation as each wanted to participate in. Mom enjoyed planting flowers in the raised bed in the center of the courtyard almost as much as she enjoyed FaceTiming with her great grandchildren. Alison became like a sister to me and my family during the year and four months Mom lived there. We will always remember her as a major source of joy in Mom’s life and how she took such care in helping “walk Mom home”.
