The community comprises 119 apartments for adults 55 and over — including studio apartments, one, two, and three-bedroom suites, and a variety of floor plans. Lakeline Oaks Retirement is all-inclusive, providing five-star services on a month-to-month basis. A single monthly charge includes all services, utilities, phone, cable, and internet.
Spacious common areas feature a 150-seat state-of-the-art theater, library, billiards and game room, conversation areas with fireplaces, concierge lounge with bar, flat-screen TV, game tables, superb fitness and exercise room facilities, spa area, laundry facility, and business center.
Residents savor the variety found in an industry-first all-inclusive Freedom Dining Program. With three fresh chef-prepared meals daily, residents can choose from a variety of menu options and dining experiences with flexible hours. Coffee, juice, ice cream, and snacks are available all day. Weekly housekeeping service is provided, along with transportation to and from appointments and shopping trips.
Numerous planned activities, social events, and travel opportunities abound. Live-in managers and concierge and valet services are available 24/7, ensuring resident safety. Every resident receives an emergency alert pendant, guaranteeing peace of mind to friends and family that their loved ones are protected during emergencies.
Pets are warmly welcome at Lakeline Oaks Retirement, with no additional pet deposit. A guest suite is available for residents’ family members to reserve for visits. A travel program whisks residents to any of Resort Lifestyle Communities’ other properties, where they can reserve a guest suite free for one week — meals included.
Fitness and wellness programs including aerobics, weight lifting, yoga, walking clubs, sittercises, and many more boost resident wellness. A beauty salon/barber shop is close on the property. We love living at Lakeline Oaks. We lived here for two years and had to move to Dallas for health reasons. After two years we were able to move back to Cedar Park. There was no question in our minds that we wanted to return to Lakeline Oaks. When you walk in the front doors you immediately know you are home. The management is top notch. This is a friendly, active independent community. Activities are abundant and you can be as active has you wish to be. Residents quickly become part of your family. Lakeline offers freedom living by providing excellent maintenance, transportation to Dr appointments, a hair salon, weekly housekeeping, a theatre, a dining room offering three daily meals, and a fitness center. I would encourage anyone looking for Senior Independant Living to call and set up a tour. You will not be disappointed!

Lakeline Oaks has been a terrific place for my parents - the staff are courteous, respectful and truly love their community. The facilities are modern and amenities cover all their needs. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the discourteous and impolite behavior of the concierge. Both adults and children in our group were spoken to harshly. My mother was scolded simply for asking where the ceremony was located, and the children were reprimanded while quietly looking at the fish in the pond near the entrance. We understand the importance of protecting the property and following rules, but there is a respectful and professional way to communicate with guests. The repeated lack of courtesy made what should have been a special occasion feel unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this issue so future visitors are treated with the kindness and respect they deserve.

The nurses were professional, patient, and respectful when helping my grandmother. They answered our questions without making us feel rushed and contacted the family whenever there was a meaningful change in her condition.
