Overview
At LakeHouse Sheboygan, our Assisted Living community in Sheboygan, WI, our residents receive compassionate care and help with their daily routine. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care.

My father has been living at Lakehouse Sheboygan for 1.5 years. There is much to praise about this facility: the building and rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the staff is very friendly and caring. The nurses are responsive to the needs of the residents. However, there are areas in great need of improvement for the well-being of the residents, which I and my family have become aware of when regularly staying with my dad in his second bedroom: the food is ultra-processed with little to no nutrition and nothing fresh; for me and my siblings and mother, it is inedible. My dad eats very little of it. Our elders deserve fresher, more nutritious food. Also, the housekeeping is very inconsistent - dad's apartment when we visit is often unclean, and I spend the first day cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. I think Lakehouse can do better. I hope this review brings positive changes.

A beautiful community where the residents can participate in many activities to stay connected and socialize as well as staying active in their physical health. Surrounded by the hardworking and caring staff to assist them with daily cares/tasks to help improve their quality of life.

The administrator, Mike, gave me and my family a tour. He was so kind to everyone around him and the building was well maintained and clean. I would love to recommend this place for my family!

I am so impressed with Lakehouse as a facility and even more so as a caring, wonderful community. The staff genuinely cares about the residents. I can’t thank Kim enough for all of her kindness and compassion, from the first tour throughout the moving in of my loved one. Also so thankful to Carrie whose training gives us such reassurance and all the staff and residents who have made my loved one feel so at home!
