Overview
Visitors to LakeHouse Menomonee, our Assisted Living community in Menomonee Falls, WI, feel a sense of family the minute they walk through the doors. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs and wants of each resident. A full-time registered nurse is on-site five days a week and available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care. Our transportation is available three days a week for medical appointments.
Our community welcomes pets and offers a variety of socialization opportunities and activities to allow residents to thrive in mind, body and spirit, including daily exercise classes, card and board games, art classes, church services, baking and cooking, ice cream socials, book club, bingo, and happy hours with live entertainment. We also take our residents on weekly bus trips to shopping, picnics, and restaurants, as well as to the local senior center for bingo, music, and dancing.

This facility has no competent business office. Their lack of communication makes it impossible for the family to help their loved one. They pull the wrong rent amount, no notice provided to the family for a rent increase, then you're told to wait 30 days for a refund. It took them 5 months to refund a wrongful charge.

One nursing assistant that I want to give 5 stars to is Amaleigha. She's always busy taking care of us. Whether it is in the laundry room or helping in the kitchen she always has a smile on her face. Always says hi to me calling me by name. Anything we need, she's there and always with a smile

So sad. Great building and has great people living there. But the Director is never around when you have questions. They lost 4 main people in one month. Why? Could it be the director? You never can find an employee, on weekends kitchen service sucks. A couple of times my mom has been told they have no food left and she only eats the dinner time meal. What do you mean there's no food. Need less to say we are looking for a new place for mom.
