Overview
Visitors to LakeHouse Menomonee, our Assisted Living community in Menomonee Falls, WI, feel a sense of family the minute they walk through the doors. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs and wants of each resident. A full-time registered nurse is on-site five days a week and available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care. Our transportation is available three days a week for medical appointments.
Our community welcomes pets and offers a variety of socialization opportunities and activities to allow residents to thrive in mind, body and spirit, including daily exercise classes, card and board games, art classes, church services, baking and cooking, ice cream socials, book club, bingo, and happy hours with live entertainment. We also take our residents on weekly bus trips to shopping, picnics, and restaurants, as well as to the local senior center for bingo, music, and dancing.

This facility has no competent business office. Their lack of communication makes it impossible for the family to help their loved one. They pull the wrong rent amount, no notice provided to the family for a rent increase, then you're told to wait 30 days for a refund. It took them 5 months to refund a wrongful charge.
