Overview
At LakeHouse Lake Mills, we are a smaller assisted living community where everyone knows our residents' and their family members' names. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care.
Our community welcomes pets and offers an excellent activity program to help residents thrive in mind and body. Some of our fantastic activities include a small farm-to-table garden, exercise classes, arts and crafts, bingo, happy hour, king's corners, movie and popcorn nights, sing-alongs, and church services.

Actually I give 10 stars. Staff is right on. Efficient, caring knowledgeable. I could go on and on. Always have activities for residents. Clean good food. Always on top if family needs to be contacted or visa versa. I'm confident of the care that's given to my Dad. True also my Mom. God bless everyone. Wouldn't hesitate to give my recommendation. Thank you and appreciate all of you on what you do.

How refreshing to walk into an elder care facility unexpected to find happy, engaged residente and staff. The clean, bright, cheerful and nice smelling environment was uplifting and made my visit so relaxing and worry free. I've been in so many facilities like all over Dane and Jefferson County, and this home really stands out. I was especially impressed with the staff, who were not on their phones at all and seemed genuinely happy to help. Wow, and thank you!

How does one choose an assisted living facility? We found that what was best for Mom and Dad was a smaller place with an incredible staff. We have grown to understand and greatly appreciate how well this amazing staff at Brook Gardens Place gets to know each resident and then how each person shows how much they care. This is evident in their positive outlook, kind and friendly caregiving, frequent communication between administrative staff and family members, excellent nursing services, and clean environment. We are forever grateful we found Brook Gardens Place!

We just can't believe how lucky our family has been to find Lake House Assisted Living. We tried looking at several places most were bigger organizations. We were treated to tours but none of them asked the personal questions. How can we help you? What does your family loved one like to do?:What did they used to do when they were worked? Do they have hobbies. What would you like to know from us? It was so clear from our tours of businesses that there was only one that we could call a home for our sister.
