Overview
At LakeHouse Fond du Lac, our Assisted Living community offers compassionate care in a beautiful setting. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time licensed nurse is on call 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care.
Residents in our pet-friendly community can keep up with hobbies or discover new ones; we offer a variety of activities, such as exercise classes, coffee hour, card and board games, and bingo. We also offer our transportation van three times a week, that takes our seniors to their doctor's appointments and shopping in the Fond du lac area. We also go on outings for dining, attractions and entertainment.

The staff at Lakehouse is the best in town!! My mom spent over a year there n thoroughly loved it. Great caring attentive staff ,wonderful food ,great atmosphere. The caring director n staff are really smart and on top of everything! The best assisted living

Toured the facility with my parents today as we begin the search for their next chapter. The sales counselor, Holly, was absolutely fantastic! She asked great questions, explained services and costs, and listened with empathy. Holly really made a connection. And she even served us lunch!

I have a family member who is a resident here and so far she loves it. My impression upon visiting her is that the staff is so friendly and helpful. From the moment you walk in the door you will notice the smiles on the employees as well as the residents. I understand that there are some changes being made with the food service but I've heard the food is good and healthy and again the staff is always so positive and helpful. It is expensive to live here but the care is excellent from what I have seen and heard. I salute all who work at LakeHouse and I respect their efforts to make the residents feel safe and comfortable.
