Overview
At LakeHouse Fond du Lac, our Assisted Living community offers compassionate care in a beautiful setting. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time licensed nurse is on call 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care.
Residents in our pet-friendly community can keep up with hobbies or discover new ones; we offer a variety of activities, such as exercise classes, coffee hour, card and board games, and bingo. We also offer our transportation van three times a week, that takes our seniors to their doctor's appointments and shopping in the Fond du lac area. We also go on outings for dining, attractions and entertainment.

The staff at Lakehouse is the best in town!! My mom spent over a year there n thoroughly loved it. Great caring attentive staff ,wonderful food ,great atmosphere. The caring director n staff are really smart and on top of everything! The best assisted living

My husband and I toured Lake House last week. We were considering options for my father. Holly was an excellent source of information and gave a nice tour of the facility. The rooms are large and beautiful, lots of light.
