My 96-year-old parents have now lived at Lake Ridge for eight months, and enjoy living there. Although an adjustment for them after living in a house, the apartment is roomy and comfortable, and housekeeping services are provided. The meals are usually good. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the director (Tammy) is professional and knowledgeable about resources, and a very warm and approachable person. She takes an interest in the residents and their needs. She has directed us to resources for my mom that have made her more comfortable and provide exceptional care. The residents care for each other and look out for each other.

My Mom had been living at Lake Ridge going on 6 years. We have seen several name changes and different managers over the years and while the building is older it is a nice place. Some of the reviews I have seen are several years old and there have been more recent positive changes. The current GM (Tammy) has made a lot of great changes. The staff are excellent. Shgloria and Corinna have been there a while and are always helpful. While Lake Ridge is considered Independent Living the staff has helped with whatever needs Mom has had. The food is great, they offer activities, the hair stylist is open again and the bus will take you where you need to go. While not part of Lake Ridge, there are some medical service that come in to the residents room. Foot doctor and dermatologist. All in all I give a very positive review!

My Aunt has been a resident for over 2 years. She loves the staff, the activities, the transportation bus, the food and her very roomy and comfortable apartment. The new manager has made a lot of improvements. Much appreciated by my Aunt. Staff always has the care and safety of the residents as their first priority. Thank you to all staff for doing the work that you do for our seniors.

Management is rude on the phone. When you ask questions and main office will not answer nor return your call of complaints about their rudeness, all about money not the care of people. This place have fallen apart since last year.
