Tania (Admission Director) has been a total jewel and without her knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail this process would have been very difficult to mitigate. I am truly grateful for her kindness, attentiveness and unwavering commitment to guide me through this process of placing my mother in long term skilled nursing. I am truly grateful and believe her to be an asset to your organization. “Thank you so very much Tania!” Much gratitude for your support and dedication to the most vulnerable of our population. The bonus is the nursing staff and all who care for the elderly…. All are incredibly gracious, attentive, kind and professional. I can rest better knowing that my mom is being cared for by such an incredible team. “Huge thanks to everyone!” The only things that would be better is private rooms… with this being said I am pleased my mom is here, being cared for by incredibly supportive people and close so I can participate in her care. Much gratitude 🙏 😊

My husband is currently at la Villa Grande Care Center taking advantage od their skilled nursing and Rehab Services. The enjoyers are great. Efficient. Caring. He feels he has made friends. And I am very comfortable leaving hi. In their care. The CNA’s are awesome. This is our second admission for Rehab. If the care is needed again…..we will be back.

It's so hard to find good skilled nursing care for our loved ones, but I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for my grandma. This facility exceeds all expectations and I couldn't be more pleased! The staff go above and beyond to make residents feel safe, comfortable, and loved! 🥰

I had to formally complain about the treatment my father received as a temporary patient on the rehab wing after he was admitted post hospital discharge. We came in and only stayed two nights. I brought him a normal glass of water from an untended mobile drinks station myself, on arrival, but which later disappeared never to be replaced again in a 24 hour period. Thank god I was in and out of the facility to help care for him. I shudder to think what happens to people who are left on their own to fend for themselves. He was instructed not to get out of bed, as a fall risk, and to ring the call button if he needed assistance. In the night, he followed instructions as he is cogent, and was ignored, by his estimate, nearly an hour and so long that he soiled the bed for the first time in his life. The daytime nurse had no idea what was going on and found him with no clothes on in bed in the morning, wiped, but unshowered. She promptly dressed him in borrowed clothes, parked him in a wheelchair and left him in the dining room for an hour and a half even though he can and should be walking with a rollator. I also observed dining room wait staff who could literally care less about their job or the people there. I have never seen staff more uninterested, calous and dismissive of their own work responsibilities. The staff morale seems very low, though the one bright spot was the actual physical therapist who did a good job in the 20 minutes we saw him. If you can, avoid this facility at all costs. One star is too many.
