Experience the charm of southern living in our newly renovated independent and assisted living facility. Nestled at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and just 45 minutes north of Charlotte, Kingston Residence of Hickory offers Independent and Assisted Living services. Each resident has a private apartment and enjoys a gracious open floor plan throughout the building to gather with friends and family, along with access to our beautiful courtyard. We offer meal, laundry, and housekeeping services, community events and socialization, and 24-hour nursing staff on site.

I can't believe it has been a year since Mom transitioned to Kingston of Hickory. As a family we're so glad we chose Kingston for Mom, knowing that she is receiving professional and personalized care daily, affording her the opportunity to be as independent as possible. I highly recommend Kingston of Hickory for your loved one.

My parents enjoyed several wonderful years at Kingston Residence of Hickory. It is an extraordinary community, deeply caring and consistently excellent in meeting every need for health, friendships, activities, and comfort. I cannot imagine a better place for seniors to live.

My grandfather has been at Kingston for 6 years. It is always super clean, hallways smell great (unlike most adult-care facilities), and it is very nice place. I can't count the number of smiling faces on residents and the joy the employees have for taking care of their residents. The employees treat the residents like family and it shows in the little things they do. The food is pretty good too. They went above and beyond in helping put together my grandfather's 100th birthday party and it was a joyous occasion for everyone. I can't thank them enough. If you are in the Hickory area, Kingston is hands down the place to go for senior living.
