The Staff of therapists, aides, nurses, housekeepers, and kitchen staff were all friendly, professional, and adept at their various roles proving to be a joy to work throughout my rehabilitation there. And this attitude and sense of genuine concern was evident as the entire staff worked with other residents in the various forms of care and therapies required. Many thanks to each and everyone proving me with the challenging and and rewarding treatment i received during my stay. Will be pleased to recommend this facility for theraputic care to anyone asking!

It takes a well-coordinated team of trained professionals to nurture back to health a rehabilitation patient, and that is what has been offered by Kingston of Ashland to my mother following a lumbar vertebrae fracture. Thank you sincerely to everyone — including therapists, nursing aides, the nurse practitioner & doctor, and the housekeeping & kitchen staff — assisting in her healing and recovery.

STAY AWAY! I only gave a star because it the only way to give a review. My mom had MAJOR back surgery, after being transfered to Kingston they held her pain pills for TWELVE hours the first day. The 2nd day the pain pills were off by hours, they wouldn't answer the bell for her to use the bathroom which HAD to be done ONLY with their help. They didn't know what was on her chart as far as prescriptions, so she was shorted on needed prescriptions also. When the sheets needed changed bc she couldn't wait for them to help her to the bathroom, they made her wait on that as well. The food service was very lacking also! Apologies were said, however, it seems it was only for that moment, nothing really changed. I know of more neglectful "care" for other patients as well. Apparently the PT is good, but when regular care isn't helping only hurting, the PT being good doesn't really help. They are the epitome of bad nursing homes!
